We are proud to offer our community the book Yoga for Recovery: A Practical Guide for Healing. Written by our founder, Mike Huggins, and a graduate of our Yoga Teacher Training, Andrew Moore,  this book is intended to be a practical guide to maintain or create a home-based yoga practice. 

Our trauma-sensitive, mindfulness-based yoga programming offers people in recovery from substance use and mental health disorders the opportunity to participate in mindful movement, breathing exercises and guided rest while in treatment. Our book, Yoga for Recovery: A Practical Guide for Healing, grew out of the many requests from participants for resources to continue their mindfulness practices after treatment. Yoga for Recovery is truly a practical guide for every body and is perfect for people both new and experienced with yoga and meditation.
