We’re into the second half of Recovery Month, and our community has been amazing with all the donation classes across the area — and even more classes added! The classes are intended to raise money and awareness of our Yoga for Recovery Programs through the generous collaboration of our community partners.

This week we have many classes across the Philadelphia area for all levels to join us. Remember to bring your own mat, if possible, wear comfortable clothes, and please arrive at least 15 minutes before class begins to check in.

MovementRx Studio
With more than 15 classes this week, there are many great spots to join us, like MovementRx Studio, where TYP team member Nina Wong will lead Thursday afternoon’s class from 1 to 2 p.m.!

“By moving with intention and curiosity, Yoga for Recovery allows for us to listen deeply to the stories our bodies hold, and to practice replacing judgment with compassion,” – Nina
