As part of the holiday season, we want to highligh As part of the holiday season, we want to highlight some of our partners within the Yoga Service community who share the gift of trauma-informed yoga and mindfulness programs. This quote from Bill Brown, executive director of @prisonyogaproject , details the importance of offering a true human connection, free of fear and judgement.

When we provide yoga programs at Justice facilities, our instructors are the bridge to these mind-body practices through a trauma-informed lens. We are thankful for the work Prison Yoga Project continues to share within the Yoga Service community as we strive for a more just, equitable, and liberated world.
