We proudly announce
the release of “Yoga for Recovery: A Practical Guide for Healing”, a book that will help individuals in recovery maintain a home-based yoga practice, while utilizing a set of yoga and mindfulness based exercises proven to support those in recovery.
TYP founder and co-author, Mike Huggins, wrote the book with the intention of serving people beyond the walls of recovery institutions. He explains, “We have created this book to provide a tool to use to continue their mindfulness practice at home.”
In 2018, TYP facilitated over 2,500 classes in recovery settings in the Philadelphia and surrounding areas.
