I look forward to Yoga For Recovery every week. I love how our teacher incorporates the principles in the steps through out the practice. Yoga For Recovery has helped me become more mindful and present and to practice meditation. When I'm on the mat, my mind and body are unified. I'm focused on what I am doing and my breathing rather than the troubles and worries of daily life. I love this class.
